Our client is an international company leading in the sector of installation and maintenance of telecomunication infrastructure. They are now focused on their growth at the European level, to work with the greatest companies within the telecommunications field and assist them with their engineering, installation and implementation needs. 

Our client is currently looking for a Junior Site Manager/Construction Manager to join the team in Germany.

The person selected will be responsible for logistics and control tasks on site. He/she will work closely with Bauleiters SENIOR.

Place of work: Baden-Württemberg area (Germany).

Main responsibilities:

- Back up the senior site manager/construction manager
- Manage site team and subcontractors (certification, efficiency and quality, use of materials)
- Application for licences and construction requirements
- Routing with local authorities
- Coordination with other service providers
- Material stock management

Requirements:

- Education/experience in construction

 - Level of German - C1

- Level of English - Desirable

The selection process is for the position of Junior Site Manager to perform the supervision of not only the construction work as well as the implementation of optic fiber in the whole of the Freiburg area. It would be relevant to have profiles which have experience in the civil engineering or telecommunications area and which have had responsibilities in work management, accounting for measurement and quality and that may have performed the necessary management to be able to conduct works in the public streets.

We are looking for junior profiles that are looking for growth within our client's company but that can adjust themselves to this first salary. The salary band going up to 45k, pending the candidate's profile.

We are looking for candidates of any nationality, as long as they have the C1 level of German at least, and are available to move to Freiburg.
